Kombucha Probiotic Stability Panel

This panel is designed to test the stability of the Probiotic bacterial strains over an extended time period. This uses the Kombucha Total Probiotic Count Panel at several time point and can help you determine the longevity of the probiotic strains.
The following are included in this recommended panel:
General Lactobacillus and Pediococcus strains
Acetic acid producing bacteria (Acetobacter, Gluconobacter, Gluconacetobacter, Komagataeibacter)
General Bacillus (facultative anaerobic bacteria)
Bacillus coagulans (lactic acid producing bacteria)
