General Saccharomyces strains
STA + genes for highly diastatic yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. diastaticus)
Non- Saccharomyces strains (wild yeast) (General Brettanomyces, Pichia, Candida, Ambrosiozyma, Kregeryanrija, Issatchenkia)
