Food Microbiology

Twin Arbor Labs can test a wide variety of food products for specific microbial contaminants. We utilize many different methods to meet industry standards of microbial testing. Our microbiology analysis and testing capabilities include:

  • Quantitative enumeration of indicator and spoilage organisms

 

We utilize â€‹AOAC methodologies as well as in house validated methods. We also use the state of the art Hygeina BAX System for reliable high throughput testing for a wide range of products.​
